I bought it a little over a year ago. The battery is at 100 percent but won't charge any device. It was good while it lasted.

Junk product. I'm on my 3rd replacement from Anker and they keep failing to charge on the supplied wireless charger citing "Power bank cannot be used when charging on the stand". Nothing is using the power bank. I've been in two trips now only to find that the bank isn't charged and then won't charge on the stand when I'm home.Just a garbage product.

It's worked for the long-term and I can charge my phone and be lazy without having to plug in my phone to the wall

I bought this for camping and was shocked how much power it supplies for it's size. It kept 3 phones charged for a weekend. It charges quickly to reuse too.

I have used quite a lot of Anker products, but this one did not live up to my expectations. The battery simply died after 1.5 years. I was not able to charge it afterwards. This happened despite the fact that I used this very seldomly during those 1.5 years (only when I was traveling).

Unfortunately, Anker specifies values that are not adhered to: My iPhone 16 Pro Max can theoretically be charged with 37 W, tested on a 140 W power supply from Apple. With the Anker power bank 20000Ah up to 100 W should be possible, my iPhone reaches a maximum of 15.1 W with the C2 connection and a maximum of 17.3 W when connected via C1. That is weak and does not correspond to the price of what the part costs. Also: A 200 watt charger from Mi or Huawei does not recognize the power bank at all and accordingly it cannot be charged with it.... Also a projector, Xgimi MoGo 3 with power base is not recognized, although the projector would "only" need a 65 W power bank!! I will send it back to Amazon.....

Only use this when i travel so has only done 4 powercycles.2 issues1. Refuses to charge above 50%.2. It only took my Ipad pro to 40% before dropping the remainder of the charge.Its more than likely a defective unit.I would advise foricing yourself to use this a few times to ensure the battery isnt defective. I have nly used mine 4 times and I am now stuck with a chuck of metal that I am unable to use out of warrenty.Anker has never really failed me before, but this time they have,

The battery seems to have a problem: after only 18 cycles its capacity is already down to 89%, while I have another Anker battery which is still at 100% after 12 cycles. Anker support tells me that this is completely normal, but it remains disappointing for a product from this brand.

I am absolutely satisfied and the power bank has enough juice to almost fully charge my MacBook Pro M2 14" once, is recharged super quickly and is my constant companion at work, on vacation, in everyday life and at home.

This item has provided me with countless backups. It powers my laptop and my Starlink Mini satellite, aside from several recharges of my phone for one power bank charge. Since my laptop charger is c-type, it charges this battery pack very fast! REMEMBER: For higher powered devices, you MUST buy cables rated for the power you are using. My satellite is ~45-65W and my laptop charger is 65W. Regular phone charging cables are not acceptable for these power ratings. I only buy 100W cables minimum to support all off needs. Which are downward compatible to the use of regular phone charger cables. Pictured is my USB plug for the satellite and the c-type. I can charge my battery with this plug.

All I needed was a PD voltage regulation cable (usb-c to barrel jack) and now I can power my controller for 30+ hours with this thing. Now I'm kinda regreting not going for a bigger capacity, but for now this will be enough. Great product, very fast delivery! Might I add, it was also secure, for delivery required a pin that you get to your e-mail. Very satisfied!
